The terms governing use of BriefMaster 3000 — accounts, plans, content ownership, availability and liability.
These Terms of Service govern your use of BriefMaster 3000, a creative brief management platform operated by kreisvier communications AG ("Provider"). By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you accept them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
BriefMaster 3000 is a web-based SaaS platform for creating, managing and collaborating on creative briefs. Features include structured templates, real-time collaboration, role-based access, comments, PDF export and integrations with third-party tools.
We develop the product continuously. Features may be added, changed or retired. We will not remove a material feature of a paid plan without notice and a reasonable alternative or a pro-rata refund.
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators manage members and roles. You must not share credentials, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the applicable age of digital consent in your country, to use the service.
A free tier and paid subscription plans are available. Paid plans are billed per creator seat, monthly or yearly. Viewers and guests are free and unlimited.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Swiss francs and exclude applicable VAT. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which the workspace reverts to the Free plan and briefs beyond the free limit become read-only rather than being deleted.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes never apply to a billing period already paid for.
You retain all rights to the content you create. We claim no ownership of your briefs, documents or any other user-generated content.
You grant us the limited licence necessary to host, transmit, back up and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you. We access your content only where necessary to provide or repair the service, or where you ask us to. We do not use it to train AI models.
You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload, and for complying with data protection law regarding personal data you place in briefs.
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, to distribute malicious software, to attempt unauthorised access to other accounts or workspaces, to circumvent usage limits, to resell access without agreement, or to interfere with the service infrastructure or its availability for others.
We aim for high availability and perform maintenance outside Central European business hours where practical, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service on standard plans. Enterprise plans may include a contractual service level agreement.
Support is provided by email at support@kreisvier.ch. Paid plans receive priority handling.
We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data beyond cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
The BriefMaster 3000 platform — its design, code, trademarks and documentation — is the intellectual property of kreisvier communications AG. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform.
You may terminate at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your workspace. We may suspend or terminate an account that materially breaches these terms, normally after notice and an opportunity to remedy. On termination you can export your content; it is then deleted within 30 days unless law requires longer retention.
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The courts of Basel-Stadt, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
We may update these terms. Material changes are communicated by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
